Follow these simple steps to showcase and protect your favorite trading card with the Medusa Case:

1. 💫 Prepare Your Card: Place your trading card in a perfect fit sleeve that is provided in the package to give it an extra layer of protection and a snug fit.

2. ➡️ Slide Out the Cover: Gently slide out the clear back cover from the case to create space for your trading card.

3. 📥 Insert Your Card: Slide your sleeved card into the designated slot inside the case. Make sure it's aligned properly for the perfect display.

4. 🔒 Secure and Showcase: Slide the clear cover back into place to protect your card while showing it off with a crystal-clear view.

Yes. The Medusa Case is built with UV-resistant materials to help protect your cards from fading and yellowing caused by sunlight or indoor lighting. While we always recommend avoiding prolonged direct sun exposure for any collectible card, the case provides an added layer of defense to keep your cards looking vibrant.

We want you to love your Medusa Case! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Refund Process
Contact us at support@medusacase.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item back to our return address (provided in response).
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
