Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Medusa Case purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the case must be unused and in its original packaging. Please ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at support@medusacase.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized cases are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions are also non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@medusacase.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
