2. Shipping Rates

3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided link.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping Address Changes

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Medusa Case is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If you receive your product damaged, please email us at support@medusacase.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
